WHY ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES MORE THAN STATED IN YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We use multiple production locations for our products. You may be charged a second shipping fee if the items you ordered were from a different production facility. Tees and Neck Gaiters/Buffs are produced in a different location, therefore if they are combined with a hoodie, for example, you will have to pay a secondary shipping charge.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TARIFFS OR CUSTOMS TAX ON THE PRODUCTS?

If applicable, the shipping fees do not include duty or customs charges. These charges can change from country to country, which doesn't allow us to always account for them in your check-out receipt.

THE COLORS ARE A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN ARE SHOWN IN THE PRODUCT PICTURES. WHY?

All screens show colors differently. While we do our best to give you the best possible impression of how each product will look, some slight variations in brightness and color may occur

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we ship to the following countries; United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, most European countries and the United Kingdom. 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

We get to producing your order quickly after receiving the order. We leave a 24 hour window to contact us and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order will be in production and won't be able to be changed.

Please note: There are occasions when the shipping times can exceed the posted timeframes due to supplier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. This is a rare occurrence and we always promise to do everything we can to make your ordering experience a positive one.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We provide tracking through our website, but we suggest tracking the order through the carrier website for the most up-to-date status. If you haven't received a tracking number or misplaced it, check with our Customer Support team and they'll be happy to give you the current status of the order.

I PLACED AN ORDER THAT HAD MULTIPLE ITEMS ON IT, WILL THEY ALL ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?

Some of our products ship from different warehouses depending on who the supplier is and where inventory is available. So when you order multiple items at a time, some of our items may ship separately. We know that can be inconvenient, and we apologize. We are working to improve our supplier network so this happens less often. Until then, rest assured that you will only pay for shipping once on any order no matter how many packages we have to send.
